Hello! I love your article and will plan on showing this to my co-workers. I have worked in an office in a cubicle for years and when I do not have a plan I will get off track and just start stress eating at my desk. This has caused a lot of fluctuation of my weight over the years. The company I work for just built a beautiful gym for us and I have been using it. Great article, thanks for posting. I totally agree with you, there are a multitudes of bad habits you can pick up in an office environment. I work close to our accounting department and I kid you not, there are always a plethora of interesting cookies and candies available for anyone who passes by. Fortunately we also partner with a company that provides incentive for healthy activity. We just had an office team challenge for which team could get the most steps in a month – this to me is the way to do it. Get together with a bunch of work buds to get fitter quicker.
