If there was one negative I could give to a program like this, is that you could find some of the things noom offers for free. Obviously being able to track your meals and activity is something you can find with any fitness app on the market today.
But I’m guessing you’ve probably tried that already and have found little success with it. That’s because more than likely you need more than a free app to get the results you’re looking for.
