A great way to do this is by writing down your goals and giving yourself a clear WHY, and a time frame for which is goal needs to be met.
You can also discuss your goals amongst your peers to make sure everyone holds each other accountable for their goals. This would be a good type of peer pressure to make sure everyone is doing their part to lose weight.
In today’s world, we have so many ways in which people are looking to lose weight. Things like tech devices, wellness programs, or even meal planning techniques. Thus making it difficult to keep track of it all.
So once a week during group meetings, you can share and discuss these new developments with other members.
Say for instance you buy a new fitness watch that allows you to track many of your health habits. This can be something you share your experiences with your peers.
Or maybe you’ve come up with a tasty ingredient for smoothies. You can bring in your blender and maybe whip up a batch for other members. This is something you could do either once a week, or maybe once a month.
This will give you an opportunity to get a bit creative for you group meetings.
Who doesn’t love playing games. If you’re looking for your group members to interact and have fun with being healthy, why not make a game out of it.
You can play a jeopardy type game that involves topics like healthy living. You can use topics like exercise, health foods, etc.
Get creative with it and make sure to get every one of your members involved to help them form better habits regarding their health.
