What I like most about this workout is the way they have it setup. There are 5 different workouts that last only 30 minutes each day. You will be working on a variety of different body parts that focus on the lower body, upper body, and the core.

These workouts are very simple in design, and was created to help build your body up before trying the main workout, which is the 80 day obsession. This will give you an opportunity to find out if the workout is for you.
