BeachBody On Demand 30 Day Free Trial - Is It Worth It?

When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, we all know that it takes both healthy eating and daily exercise to get the results you’re looking for. So finding a system that delivers both of these things will be crucial to your success.

But the difficult part is knowing if a system will be right for you. Which is why I believe it is important to try it before you buy it. Also, why I decided to write about BeachBody On Demand 30 Day Free Trial.

Below I will be breaking down what this program is about, and if it is worth it for you to try. It’s important to understand that making a decision like this will depend on a few things like:

  • Do you prefer to workout at home or at the gym?
  • What is your current fitness routine?
  • What is your current budget?

These are just some of the things you need to ask yourself before making any commitments to a health and fitness program. After reading this article, you should have a better idea if beachbody is the right program for you.

How Much is a BeachBody On Demand Membership?

Beachbody on demand offers a variety of membership options that range anywhere from 3-12 months. For the sake of simplicity, I will be going over the basic memberships that offer you both the workout program and meal plans.

Beachbody does offer other programs that include shakes, but I won’t be getting into that right now.

So for their 12 month membership, you will be charged $99 for the entire year. Their 6 month package costs $59 for that duration, and their 3 month package will cost you $39. So you have a few options to choose from based on what your fitness needs are.

Whats included in your membership?

Regardless of which membership program you choose, each of them give you access to over 600 workout videos beachbody has to offer. So if you find yourself not liking a particular workout, you can easily just switch to another program with ease.

This is made possible due to the ability to stream all of your workouts. Compared to years back when DVD’s were the main source for how we performed our exercise workouts. Which caused issues if you found the program not working out for you.

This is no longer the case now with beachbody on demand. Allowing you to stream every workout on your favorite devices.

Is It Really Free?

Sometimes there’s confusion when it comes to companies offering free trials. Some let you try out the product or service for free, and some charge you with a chance to get your money back. With beachbody on demand, you get a little bit of both.

Depending on which membership package you choose, you will either be charge initially with a chance to get your money back, or you can try it out for free.

The only membership that allows you to try out beachbody without being charged is their 3 month package. They give you 14 days to try out their program before you are charged the $39.

Both the 12 month and 6 month packages bill you the same day of purchase with a guarantee to get your money back in 30 days if you decide you don’t like it.

So to answer you question about if the trial is really free, the answer would be yes as long as you remember to ask for a refund if you find yourself not satisfied with the product or service.

Is It Worth It?

Earlier I asked you 3 questions that were key to making a decision about if beachbody on demand was the right program for you. To refresh your memory, those three questions were:

  • Do you prefer to workout at home or at the gym?
  • What is your current fitness routine?
  • What is your current budget?

The reason I ask these questions is because they are very important when figuring out the best way to go about creating a healthier lifestyle. So let’s go through each question.

Do you prefer to workout at home or at the gym?

When making the decision to exercise, it’s important to learn what makes you comfortable. For some, going to the gym can be a very intimidating place. You have to know what you’re doing and enjoy it as well.

If you struggle with motivation when it comes to going to the gym, then you may find it more effective to workout at home. Just keep in mind that you will have to be a self motivator when it comes to being consistent everyday.

What is your current fitness routine?

Depending on your fitness goals, the type of training you get will be key. To build muscle, you need some level of resistance training like weight training or body weight training. Or are you looking for just cardio training to help build up your endurance.

Some exercise routines require a lot of equipment, and unless you have your own home gym setup, you may need the gym to get access to this equipment. So these are things you need to consider when deciding if beachbody on demand will work for you.

What is your current budget?

Depending on your level of fitness knowledge, you may or may not find yourself needing an expert to help guide you. So hiring a personal trainer may be an option your considering.

But if you’ve had any experience with hiring a PT, then you know that it can be quite expensive. Not only that, but you also have to factor in the cost of having a gym membership as well.

With beachbody on demand, you can get both an effective workout plus a quality trainer for less than 10 dollars a month.

Not only that, but you get access of hundreds of different workouts and meal plans to help prevent you from feeling bored doing the same routine everyday.

So when thinking about if beachbody on demand is worth it, just ask yourself these three questions, and you should have a pretty good idea of what you need.

Try It Risk Free -  Money Back Guarantee

Before you decide to try this program out, it’s important to understand that working out from the comfort of your home isn’t for everyone.

But the great thing about beachbody is that you can try it out to see if it would be something you would like.

So the first thing you want to think about is how long do you need to find out if the program is for you. The other thing is, are you ok with being charge right away which the 12 and 6 month program do, or after 14 days which when selecting the 3 month program.

If you prefer the 30 days, then understand you will be charged either $59 or $99. But can always ask for a refund if you decide you the program isn’t for you.

Final Thoughts

So if you’re thinking about trying out this workout program, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Especially since you can try it risk free which gives you an opportunity to see if it is something that can work for you fitness wise.

Also if you’re someone that isn’t a huge fan of going to the gym, then it’s important to find a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The great thing about the beachbody on demand 30 day free trial, is that you still get access to all of their fitness tools. Not only that, but you get all of these tools at a fraction of the cost compared to a gym or personal trainer.

    • You’re very welcome Tonia! I’m glad I was able to help you better understand how beachbody on demand works. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.

  1. The 30 day trial link is not working. When I search the internet all I see is 14 day trial, but your link simply goes to their main page. Would love to try the 30 day trial and see which program will work for me.

    • Hi Eve,

I checked the links and they seem to be working ok. Please try again and let me know. If you would like me to email you the link or you could try this link here. Just click the orange start here button and you should be able to sign up for the 30 day trial.

  2. I was never one to go for workout systems but this sounds like one I might be interested in later down the road if I felt the need to get in better shape.

I think it is great that this includes a 30 day risk free trial because you never know if you will like the product or not. For $99 I think sounds worth it considering the amount of content you are getting.

My question is, would you recommend this product over other workout systems? Also, what other options would you also recommend others purchase?

    • Hey Arie! I would definitely recommend this product if you are someone that struggles with finding a workout routine to get you in shape.  Beachbody on demand has so much to offer in terms of variety with the workouts.  Not only that, but you get meal plans to help with your nutrition. Another program I would recommend is dailyburn. I think what I like most about these online workout programs is their affordability. Even better, you can try these programs for a time period to see if you like it or not.

  3. I like the idea of beachbody on demand. Do you have recipes there as well? I always have problem to find good recipes to keep my body in shape. I usually eat too much carps and not enough protein. I haven’t heard about beachbody , but I might give it a go.

    • I agree Marta. Nutrition is one of the most important components when it comes to getting in shape. Beachbody does offer meal plans for you to follow, so you should be covered there. Let me know how you like it.

  4. My wife and I have done several BeachBody Works, but not with BeachBody on Demand. We would just order the different workout DVDs and wait for them to come in. Reading about BeachBody on Demand is definitely appealing. This review on BeachBody on Demand 30 Day Risk Free Trial has been very helpful!

    • I’m glad you found it help Andrew. Although beachbody still sells the dvds programs, with beachbody on demand, you no longer need them. But of course that is totally up to you. Thanks for commenting.

  5. Hi,

This sounds like a workout you can do in your own time, anytime at home which probably makes it easier for one who has no time to go to the gym. Having access to a program is a big plus for me which I prefer to avoid traffic and stay home for a workout.

I recently signed up on a different workout plan and am able to access it in my email and I enjoy it.

Thank you for sharing this post.

  6. I have used beach body before and it is a great program. I just find it hard to set aside time in my home to camp out in front of the TV to do my work outs. Now I guess if I had someone that did it with me, it would be a different story. I do believe that some of their products are a little spendy….they are proud of them. But, they do work for sure. I just enjoy going to the gym and being able to do many different things, and not having to be stuck in front of the TV for my work out.

    • Hi Matt’s Mom! I’m glad to hear that you’ve tried the program. I can totally understand your reasoning for it not being for you. Some people struggle when it comes to exercising at home. But the great thing about beachbody on demand is that you can bring with you anywhere. Many people that go to the gym have trouble with knowing what to do. With beachbody on demand, you can follow their workout program while at the gym. I really appreciate you commenting.
